Privacy Policy for IMEDSENSE Mobile Applications

(covering Luck Roulette, Astro Luck, and related Feng Shui guidance apps)

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed by IMEDSENSE SDN. BHD. (the “Service Provider”), including but not limited to Luck Roulette, Astro Luck, and other Feng Shui or spiritually-inspired guidance apps published under the IMEDSENSE developer account (collectively the “Applications”). All Applications are offered as Ad-Supported services and are intended for use “AS IS.” This document explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use any of our Applications.

2. Information Collection and Use

Our Applications automatically collect limited, non-personal information such as:

  • Device Internet Protocol (IP) address

  • Device model, operating system, and language setting

  • Session duration and general usage statistics

  • Non-personal identifiers used by advertising SDKs

We do not collect precise GPS location, personal accounts, email addresses, or login data.

3. Advertising and IDFA (Apple Identifier for Advertisers)

Our apps integrate third-party advertising SDKs (via Appodeal, which may include AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and others) to display ads and measure performance.

These SDKs may process:

  • Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)

  • Approximate location (based on IP address)

  • Anonymous device and session information

When you launch the app, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt will ask permission to use your IDFA. If you deny tracking, only non-personalized ads will appear.

Manage this anytime under:
Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking › Allow Apps to Request to Track

4. Voucher and Coupon Redemption

Some IMEDSENSE apps may include digital coupons or vouchers as rewards. These appear directly on your device and are not sent to any server. To redeem a voucher, please email info@fengshui.quest with your voucher screenshot and app name. Each IMEDSENSE app (such as Luck Roulette, Astro Luck, etc.) is associated with a different Feng Shui Master. Please contact the respective Feng Shui Master linked to your specific app for redemption, guidance, or consultation. All voucher validation and redemption are handled solely by the corresponding Feng Shui Master or their authorized representative. IMEDSENSE SDN. BHD. does not collect, store, or track voucher or redemption data.

5. Third-Party Access and Data Sharing

Only aggregated, anonymized data is shared with advertising or analytics providers to improve app performance. We do not store personally identifiable information. Limited technical data may be shared:

  • When required by law or court order;

  • To protect rights, property, or user safety;

  • To assist ad partners with fraud prevention or service improvement.

6. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the app. You may also disable tracking under iOS Privacy Settings or reset your Advertising ID.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we operate no backend servers, IMEDSENSE does not store user data. Technical data collected by third-party SDKs is governed by their own policies. To request data deletion from these partners, email business@imedsense.com, and we’ll forward your request as needed.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a child has shared personal data by mistake, please contact us so we can remove it promptly.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data handled within the app. Since no personal data is stored on IMEDSENSE servers, the risk of unauthorized disclosure is minimal. Third-party ad providers maintain their own security standards.

10. International Data Transfer

Ad SDKs may process non-personal device data on servers outside your country. By using our apps, you consent to such processing in accordance with local laws.

11. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

IMEDSENSE values privacy and transparency. We operate no servers that collect personal data — everything stays on your device. Our advertising partners (e.g., Appodeal and its networks) may process non-personal data solely to deliver ads.They act as independent data controllers.

If you are a resident of the European Union (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you may:

  • Request deletion or restriction of any data handled by ad partners;

  • Withdraw consent for personalized ads;

  • Review our partners’ privacy policies for details.

To exercise these rights, contact business@imedsense.com, and we will coordinate with our partners.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Revisions will appear in-app and on our official website.
Continued use of our apps means you accept the latest version.
