Layman Terms (Simple Explanation) - READ THIS!

We, IMEDSENSE SDN. BHD., are a technology company and app developer, not a Feng Shui consultancy. Our role is solely to design and publish mobile applications for Feng Shui Masters and practitioners who wish to share their guidance digitally. This platform — fengshui.quest — serves as a marketplace for seekers of Feng Shui wisdom to discover and connect with suitable Feng Shui Masters according to their personal needs. The apps we develop are created to encourage reflection before taking spiritual or life decisions. In the Taoist tradition, reflection and balance are essential — and the advertisements displayed within our apps serve as a short pause, a moment to think twice before acting. (And yes, IMEDSENSE earns only from these ads — we sincerely thank our advertising partners for making these free apps possible!) Please be reminded that all IMEDSENSE apps are completely free for users. We do not charge for downloads, do not sell divine services, and never contact users to request payments or donations. Any consultation fees or services are strictly between the user and the respective Feng Shui Master.

In summary:

• IMEDSENSE only develops and maintains the apps.

• Feng Shui Masters provide the guidance and consultation.

• Users enjoy the apps for free.

• IMEDSENSE earns solely from in-app advertisements.

We believe that seeking wisdom should remain a free and mindful experience — guided by thought, not fanaticism.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all mobile applications developed by IMEDSENSE SDN. BHD. (the “Service Provider”), including but not limited to Luck Roulette, Astro Luck, and other Feng Shui or spiritually-inspired guidance apps (the “Applications”). By downloading, accessing, or using any Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using any Application. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights —including trademarks, copyrights, logos, and source code—are the exclusive property of IMEDSENSE SDN. BHD.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Application or its components;

• Create derivative works or translations without written consent;

• Use IMEDSENSE branding or logos without authorization.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of your right to use the Applications.

3. Use of the Applications

All IMEDSENSE Applications are designed for entertainment and promotional purposes only. Any rewards, coupons, or vouchers displayed within an Application are non-cash promotional items and are redeemed through the respective Feng Shui Master linked to that Application. To redeem a voucher, please email info@fengshui.quest with your voucher screenshot and app name. Each IMEDSENSE app (such as Luck Roulette, Astro Luck, etc.) is associated with a different Feng Shui Master. Please contact the appropriate Master for that app to complete your redemption or consultation. IMEDSENSE SDN. BHD. does not store or process voucher information; validation and fulfillment are handled solely by the respective Feng Shui Masters or their authorized representatives.

4. Data Handling and Privacy

The Applications do not run any backend servers or collect personal data directly. Limited technical data (e.g., IDFA, app usage analytics) may be processed by third-party advertising SDKs for ad display and measurement purposes only. By using any IMEDSENSE Application, you agree to the terms in our Privacy Policy, available in-app and on our official website.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Applications lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your device’s security and confidentiality;

• Ensuring your device remains charged and functional;

• Paying any data or roaming fees incurred through use.

Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged as it may cause malfunctions and security risks. The Service Provider is not liable for issues resulting from such modifications.

6. Internet Access and Connectivity

Some features require an active internet connection. IMEDSENSE is not responsible for limited functionality due to poor connectivity or data restrictions. You are liable for any mobile data charges incurred.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Each Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

IMEDSENSE SDN. BHD. is responsible only for the development and technology infrastructure of its Applications. The company’s scope is limited to software functionality, user interface, and system operation. Any Feng Shui or spiritual content within the Applications is offered purely for general information and entertainment. It should not be taken as religious doctrine, scientific truth, or professional advice. IMEDSENSE SDN. BHD. does not guarantee any specific outcomes, fortunes, or life changes from using the Applications. All readings and insights are cultural guidelines only. Users are strongly advised not to be fanatical or over-reliant on spiritual content. Feng Shui is a guide for balance and reflection, not a rule or belief system. Fanaticism or blind faith is discouraged and outside IMEDSENSE’s responsibility.

IMEDSENSE SDN. BHD., its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Emotional, spiritual, or psychological effects arising from Feng Shui interpretations;

• Any decisions or actions taken based on in-app readings or outcomes;

• Losses, damages, or disputes linked to third-party content or merchants (including individual Feng Shui Masters).

By using any IMEDSENSE Application, you acknowledge that Feng Shui insights are cultural and educational, not obligations or guarantees. Your belief and interpretation are personal and voluntary.

8. Updates and Modifications

IMEDSENSE may modify, update, or suspend its Applications without prior notice. You agree to install updates to maintain compatibility and performance. We are not obligated to support outdated versions.

9. Termination

IMEDSENSE may terminate your access to any Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:

• All licenses and rights cease immediately;

• You must stop using and delete the Application from your device.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of the Application shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will appear in-app and on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
